Refunds, Returns and Exchange
• The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of Our Terms and Conditions which You may access here. You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by Us to You and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party. These terms apply for all modes of purchases made from Us on the Site, social media platforms, WhatsApp or any other online mode of communication through Our customer relations executives or at Our stores. All purchases from our stores shall also be subject to the terms and conditions specified on Your purchase receipt / invoice and to the extent that the said terms are inconsistent with the terms mentioned herein, the terms mentioned in Your purchase receipt / invoice shall prevail.
Exchange, Return and Refund
• Refunds will be made only in accordance with the terms herein and in the form of store credit, only. Such refunds would be processed within 5-7 working days of the acceptance for refund request in case the product has not been delivered to You and within 5-7 working days of receipt of product by Us in case the product had already been delivered to You.
• Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned along with the original invoice for store credit, provided they meet Our terms and conditions.
• All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and Our specific confirmation.
• Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange.
• In case of a refund or exchange, a restocking fee will be charged @15% of the MRP of the product.
• Since We keep limited inventory and do not have all sizes available, at all times if the request for exchange cannot be processed, the store credit may be provided in accordance with the terms herein.
• Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
• All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods.
• A product once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is a ready to ship product with no alteration/customisation.
• Any request for return/exchange must be placed by You within 24 hours of delivery by Us. No requests placed beyond this period would be entertained.
• Standard sizing of products may vary from brand to brand. We will not be liable to accept any return of standard sized products on the ground that the sizing does not meet Your expectations / requirements.
• A product returned to Us as per these terms, can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be given upon receipt of product by Us and upon confirmation by Us that the product is in fact exchangeable / returnable as per these terms.
• Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unworn and in perfect condition, and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to You.
• Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with Your return/exchange.
• Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
• All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface only. If the sole is scratched, We will not be able to accept the return/exchange of such product.
• Briefs, swimming costumes, bikini bottoms, accessories including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, and belts will not be eligible for return, exchange or cancellation by You. Any other product identified as non-returnable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase will be deemed to be so.
• There will be no refunds for orders to which any kind of discounts were applied. For the purposes of these terms, “discount” includes a sale (including EOSS), discount/offer code or coupon.
• Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If You would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that We can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, We will offer to repair faulty items.
• All custom made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You.
• If an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/refund for such orders would not be possible.
• Discounted product(s) or orders placed using loyalty points or promotional gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged. In case of payments made via an online mode, You will opt for a chargeback only if (i) You are eligible for a refund as per these Terms; and (ii) despite being eligible, We have been unable to refund such monies to Your account within the timeline set out herein.
Cancellation
• We shall not be able to accept any cancellation if Your order/has been processed.
• In case an order has been cancelled as per applicable terms and conditions, You will be entitled to only receive store credit in lieu thereof.
• As also provided in our terms and conditions, in case of requests for order cancellations, We reserve the right to accept or reject such requests. As part of usual business practice, if We receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order, we could cancel the order and refund the entire amount. If Your order is duly cancelled, the amount paid by You will be reversed to your account within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your bank account details for such reversal. We cannot process a cash refund under any circumstances. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed (including cases where the order has been processed within the first 24 hours) or orders for which cancellation request is received after the expiry of the first 24 hours from placing the order. We have the full discretion to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Us in this regard. It is clarified that after the expiry of the first 24 hours after placing the order, You would not be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.
• To cancel, return or exchange an item, the Customer must write to us at enquiry@thestudioluxe.com. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91 – 6364893604 which remains open 24 hours on all 7 days (Monday to Sunday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from Customer to Us. For products sold in store, Customer may visit the store as well, provided the same is done within timelines set out in the terms.
List of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products:
• Accessories, including jewellery, pocket squares, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
• Custom made and Made to order products, Orders placed using store credit.
• Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse.
• Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.
• Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion by STUDIO LUXE;
• Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of Products
• Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products. In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at. Your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. Our Quality team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action. The product must be received within 7 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. In case, the complaint found is genuine STUDIO LUXE will try to rectify the defect or replace the same product to availability and return the product to buyer, if not possible, a store credit will be issued to the buyer.
